Remove the thin layer of skin found on the exposed rib side of the rack. Rub the entire rack with Wade's Rub. The more you use it, the spicier it will be. Allow marinating for at least 30 minutes up to 24 hours in the fridge. Whether you use the grill, smoker, or crock pot, keep in mind the internal temperature should read 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover and rest for 5 minutes.
